SIGNS OF TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS
If you start the car and move the gear selector to move the car and nothing happens, the gear shift linkage may be broken. If you don't feel the engagement of the automatic transmission, there are probably internal transmission problems. This particular problem may occur suddenly with no prior warning.
